When it comes to the weather, an August wedding in the UK is never a straightforward business. Lauren & Nathan’s big day was no exception.
Luckily, the staff at Reigate Hill Golf Club had prepared for all eventualities, having prepared the venue both indoors & outdoors.

With sudden cloud bursts on a nearly half hour basis, the decision was set, outdoors it is & as the sun appeared from between two ominous looking black clouds the decision looked to be a good call.
It carried on that way, right up to the point when the bride was making her way up the aisle, when the heavens decided to open, sending the bride, bridesmaids & all the congregation darting for cover back inside the clubhouse where the ceremony continued.
Never had there been a more eventful start to one of our wedding filming days, but I’m happy to say that from there on it continued without a hitch.
Lauren dealt with the disappointment of missing out on her outdoor ceremony with good grace which helped the day pass off with a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
An added bonus for us, was to be working alongside our good friend Louise of Loveaboo photography ensuring that we really did get the best footage.
A lovely day was duly rounded off with a spectacular fireworks display courtesy of PMA Fireworks making the day a memorable day for everyone including us.
